Argus: Price of Urals oil sets new anti-record of $13 per barrel

MOSCOW, Mar 31 (PRIME) -- The price of Russia’s export oil blend Urals with delivery to Northwestern Europe has fallen by U.S. $3.2 per barrel as compared with March 27 to $13 per barrel, the lowest since March 1999, research agency Argus Media said in a statement on Tuesday.

The discount of Urals to the Brent oil price remained the same at $4.75 per barrel.
